Mix of Chardonnay 40%, Sauvignon blanc 40%, and Viognier 20%. A fresh wine with good personality, harmony and complexity, a unique combination of these three varietals in the Langhe region.
Pale yellow with emerald hues; fresh and charming nose with white flowers, sage, celery, yellow peaches, tangerine, melon and mineral notes. Soft texture with crisp acidity, long persistency but delicate in the flavors. Minimal alcolic gradiation: 14%. Temperature of service: 12 degrees. Good with cheese and fish
