This wine is produced mainly in the province of Trapani, in the municipalities of Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Petrosino.
ruby red more or less intense, vinous, dry taste.
The minimum alcohol content must be around the 11.5% volume.
The grapes used are Nero d'Avola and Sangiovese. The service temperature must be between 16 and 18 degrees. Serve with baked meats and cheeses.
