Wine produced in the municipalities of Ostuni, Carovigno, San Michele, San Vito dei Normans and Latimer in the province of Brindisi.
Pale white color, aroma, dry flavor. The minimum alcohol content is 11 degrees. The grapes used are Impigno and Francavilla. The service temperature should be between 10 and 12 degrees.
It goes well with appetizers and of course fish
