ELORO DOC - PACHINO - ITALY
Wine produced in the area which includes the towns of Noto, Pachino, Rosolini and Portopalo in the province of Syracuse.
Ruby red more or less intense. Perfume strong, tannic flavor.
The minimum alcohol content should be around 12 degrees.
The grapes used are Nero d'Avola and Frappato. The service temperature must be between 16 and 18 degrees.
It goes well with all foods.
