This wine is produced mainly in the province of Palermo.
ruby red color with garnet which begin to appear during aging. Intense, velvety flavor. The minimum alcohol content is 11.5%
The vine is of Calabrian and other local grapes for the remainder.
The service temperature must be between 16 and 18 degrees.
It goes very well with first courses such as white meats, roasts and cheeses.
