Wine produced in the municipalities of Lizzano and Pheasant in the province of Taranto.
Ruby red color, vinous but very delicate and pleasant. The minimum alcohol content is 11.5%
The grapes used are mainly Negroamaro and Montepulciano. The service temperature varies between 16 and 18 degrees. It goes well with rice dishes and roasts.
