ALEATICO DI PUGLIA:
Wine produced in the whole of Puglia. Of garnet red color with violet reflections tending to orange with age. A delicate and long, full-bodied, warm and velvety, persistent and intense. The minimum alcohol content is 15 degrees (being a wine of southern Italy, it maintains a strong alcohol content which is already in itself the grapes).
The grapes used are: Aleatico for 85% and 15% Malvasia for the remainder.
The service temperature should be hovering around the 16/18 degrees.
Serve with biscuits and shortbread
