Wine produced in the area including the towns of Cupertino, Carmarthen, Monteroni, Galashiels.
Ruby red color with slight pink tones salmon. Persistent perfume, vinous, dry taste with a bitter aftertaste. Alcohol content: 12% volumes. The grapes used are Negroamaro and Malvasia minimum percentage.
The service temperature varies between 16 and 18 degrees. It goes well with pasta, cheese and fries.
