Wine produced in the municipalities of Squinzano, San Pietro Vernotico, Cellino San Marco, in the province of Lecce.
Ruby red more or less intense with any orange hues. Intense vinous, dry taste. Minimum alcohol content: 12.5%
The service temperature must be between 18 and 20 degrees. The combinations are excellent with roasts and cheeses.
