This wine is produced in the whole area of Messina.
DOC RED LIGHT
Ruby red more or less intense, reddish brick. Delicate, harmonious taste. The minimum alcohol content is 12% volume.
The grapes used are Nerello Mascalese for 60% and Nerello cap for the 30/40%. The service temperature between 16 and 18 degrees.
Goes well with chicken and cheese.
