ROSSO PICENO - ASCOLI - (MARCHE)
A very refined red wine particulary used in many recipes also from many chef. Produced in almos 50 districts between Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, this wine, is maybe the most important of the region Marche. Colour is red ruby, delicated scent. Minimal acoholic gradiation is 11,5. The grapes used are Montepulciano for a 70% and Sangiovese for a 30%.
Temperature of service is between 13 and 16 degrees.
Very good with lamb, grilled steaks, salami
