SERRAPETRONA DOC
Red wine produced in the area of Serrapetrona and in the related district. This kind of wine is very apreciated but unluckily not many known. The minimal gradiation is of about 12 % volumes and to taste is very dry and also many scented. The grapes used are black vernaccia for the 85% and other black grapes for the rest. Temperature of service must be around 17 degrees. Very good with rabbit or chicken and cheese not many strong.
