FEATURES
The maximum length of these fish generally arrives around 150 centimeters.
The Palombi sharks are quite lazy and feed on crabs and lobsters in prevalence. Their teeth are in fact,being robust and dishes tend to be useful for making effect "Nutcracker" that is useful also very resistant to crush shells such as crabs. It is found mainly in the French coasts, South Africa and the Canary Islands.
USES AND FUEL CONSUMPTION:
Commonly sold in pieces, dogfish is cooked either fried, stewed. It can also be safely consumed cold (after being cooked of course!)

La lunghezza massima di questi pesci arriva generalmente intorno ai 150 centimetri.
I Palombi sono squaletti abbastanza pigri e si nutrono di granchi e aragoste in prevalenza. Infatti, i loro denti, essendo piatti e robusti sono tendenzialmente utili per fare effetto "schiaccianoci" ovvero utili a schiacciare gusci anche resistentissimi quali quelli dei granchi. Si trova prevalentemente nelle coste Francesi, sudafricane e delle Isole Canarie.
USI E CONSUMI:
Comunemente venduto in tranci, il palombo viene cucinato sia fritto che in umido. Può essere tranquillamente consumato anche freddo (dopo essere stato cotto ovviamente!!)
