Ingredients for 4 people:
4 tortillas ready
4 South Tyrolean smoked sausages
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons spicy ketchup (with kilos)
preparation:
An excellent snack or lunch / dinner when you have little time ... or little desire!
Take a non-stick pan I have a pan for tortillas. Let it warm up good then put to cook hot dogs by opening them in two lengthwise. Take them out and then put inside the tortillas.
Cook it well then put on each piada 1 sausage and a little bit of mustard and ketchup. Arrrotolatelo and enjoy it piping hot with a good beer.

4 piadine già pronte
4 wurstel dell'Alto Adige affumicati
2 cucchiai di senape di Digione
2 cucchiai di ketchup piccante (col chili)
Preparazione:
Un'ottimo spuntino o pranzo / cena quando si ha poco tempo...o poca voglia!!
Prendete una padella antiaderente ho una padella per piadine. Fatela scaldare bene poi mettete a cuocere i wurstel aprendoli in 2 per il lungo. Toglieteli e mettete quindi all'interno le piadine. Fatela cuocere bene quindi mettete su ogni piada 1 wurstel e un poco di senape e di ketchup. Arrrotolatelo e gustatelo caldissimo con una buona birra.
