MORELLINO DI SCANSANO - GROSSETO - (TOSCANA)
Produced in the area of Grosseto, Scansano, manciano e Roccalbegna. This is the typical wine of Maremma region. The grapes used to produce this is wine must be only of Sangiovese. The maximun return must be inferior to 120 quintals for hectaro.  The minum alcoolic gradiation is of 11% volumes.Temperature of service must be around 18 degrees.  Very good with salami, pecorino, parmiggiano, hunts.
