Wine produced in that area includen the high Tevere valley and the area of Perugia and Città di Castello.. Colour is ruby red , taste full-bodied and dry. The alcoholic gradiaton is of 11,5 degrees.
Grapes used are for a 50% of Sangiovese, and 50% from local other grapes. Temperature of servicese must be around the 18 degrees. . Very good with almost all kind of foods.
