Colour almost pomegranate, . Scent winy and fresh with sentors of viloet. Minimal alcoholic gradiation: 11 %. Grapes used are Sangiovese for 65%, barbera for the remaining 35%.Temperature of service must be around the 18 degrees. Very good with juice of meat (ragù) and fowl
