Wine produced in 5 districts: Piglio, Serrone, Acuto, Anagni and Paliano), in the province of Frosinone. Pomegranate colour, delicated scent; soft taste, lightly bitter. Minimal alcoholic gradiation: 12% volumes. Grapes used are of Cesanese. Temperature of service must be of 19 degrees. Very good with chicken grilled, hunts.
