Wine produced in the area of Castel San Lorenzo, Aquara, sited in the Salerno's province. About Castel San Lorenzo exist 3 kind of wines: Red, White, and rosè. The most important we can consider red. The main grapes used are Barbera for the 80% and for the remaining 20% from other local grapes. The color of this wine is red ruby with many intense gradiation. Taste dry and lightly acid, scent winy and sometime fruited. Minimal alcohol request: 11,5. Temperature of service: 18 degrees.
