AGLIANICO DEL TABURNO - BENEVENTO - (CAMPANIA)
Wine produced in the Samnite of Benevento. Especially in the municipalities of Taburno, and Apollosa Montesarchio. The grapes used are mainly of Aglianico, 85% and only 15% of local grapes. Garnet color, bouquet of blackberries, but harmonious flavor. The minimum alcohol content of 11.5% is required. The service temperature varies between 17 and 20 degrees. Great pairing with grilled meats, hams and chickens.
