VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO - SIENA - (TOSCANA)
This wine is one the most old to have the denomination of DOCG quality.. This rewards is absolutely deserved because his taste, scent and the elevated quality of the grapes make of this wine one the most important in Italy. The limited use of the quantity of grapes and the only type employed (Vernaccia) create a kind of wine very exclusive. The straw Yellow colour, the taste dry and the intense scent of fruit, increasing the big structure of it. Very good with fishes of course and served cold.
