VERDICCHIO DI JESI - ANCONA - (MARCHE)
Produced between the areas of Ancona and Macerata. Colour White with green shadows. Very delicated scent, dry taste, armonious be inclined to the bitter. Minimum gradiaton is around the 11,5.
The grapes used are Verdicchio for 85%. Temperature of service must be the 10 and 12. Very good with fishes and desserts.
