Product in the homonimus district in province of Perugia
It is product in 3 qualities: Red, White, and rosè. About the main, red, it has a ruby colour, winy scent, dry taste. Sangiovese's grapes are used for a 50%, and, for the remaining, other local grapes.
Temperature of service must be of 18 gradoes. Good to taste with roast and grilled meats. Minimal alcoholic gradiation: 12% volumes.
