BALBIUM - CATANZARO - (CALABRIA)
Produced from Young native grapes, this wine is rich of polyphenoises. and from the aromatic taste. The particularity of this wine is that the grapes are left to ripen on the plant as long in such a way as to increase the concentration of sugars and therefore also the thickness vinous. The alcoholic gradation is of 13,5 volumes. Temperature of service must be of 17 degrees. Good with lamb and other grilled meats.
