Many of the events that have taken place since the day on Saturday with roasted chestnuts and brulè wine distriubuited to the visitors from the active local tourist. And 'then followed, during dinner time the great "Polenta under the big top." 2 types of cornmeal distributed: with tomato sauce and cheese. Also for this culinary event of course participants were numerous.
The following day, Sunday, the day began with the market and food stalls along the streets of the country. At 10.00 the other hand, at the Sports area there was a combined race of the Biathlon with running races and shooting equipment.
At 12:30, however, "roast pig" under the tendon. In the afternoon conclusion of the event with roasted chestnuts, apple fritters, mulled wine and sweets Valley Pesio. Initiatives enlivened by a band of None (Torino).
Nel corso dei giorni Sabato 25 ottobre e domenica 26 si è svolta a Chiusa di Pesio, in provincia di Cuneo, la diciassettesima edizione de "la festa della castagna".
Molti gli eventi che si sono succeduti già dalla giornata di sabato con caldarroste e vin brulè distriubuito ai visitatori dall'attiva pro loco locale. E' poi seguita, durante l'orario di cena la grande "Polenta sotto il tendone". 2 i tipi di polente distribuite: al sugo e al formaggio. Anche per questo evento culinario ovviamente i partecipanti sono stati numerosi.
All'indomani, Domenica, la giornata è cominciata con il mercato e gli stand gastronomici per le vie del paese. Alle 10.00 invece, presso l'Area sportiva si è svolta una gara combinata di Biathlon con gare di corsa e tiro individuale.
Alle 12.30 invece, "porchetta arrosto" sotto il tendon. Nel pomeriggio conclusione della manifestazione con caldarroste, frittelle di mele, vin brulè e dolci tipici della Valle Pesio. Iniziative allietate dalla banda musicale di None.
