RASTEAU AOC - FRANCE

The grapes used are 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. A strong and biting flavor of liquorice with aromas of berries also quite flat. Intense aroma although strongly of alcohol. Ruby red in color. Excellent with roasts and cheeses. It is produced in the hills around Rasteau. He took the name of AOC in 1944. The service temperature should be 18 degrees for red and 10 White.
