1 thistle
200 ml of sauce
10 grams of cinnamon
30 grams of butter
1 glass of white wine

preparation:
Put thistles, clean and trimmed to boil for about 10 minutes. Once boiled, pull out and cut lists of 5 cm for long and 2 cm for wide.
Put them in a pan and season with butter and salt.
Pour the white wine, then add the sauce and cinnamon. Cook for and tie it all together then serve hot.
Excellent wine with a strong black type Barbera d'Asti.

200 ml di besciamella
10 grammi di cannella
30 grammi di burro
1 bicchiere di vino bianco
sale
Preparazione:
Mettete i cardi, puliti e mondati a bollire per 10 minuti circa. Una volta bolliti, tirateli fuori e tagliateli a liste lunghe 5 cm e larghe 2 cm.
Metteteli in una padella a insaporire con il burro e il sale.
Sfumate con il vino bianco, poi aggiungete la besciamella e la cannella. Fate insaporire e legare il tutto poi servite caldo.
Ottimi con un vino nero forte tipo Barbera d'Asti.
