White wine with intense yellow color nearly golden. Intense and continuous. Slightly bitter and full of armonia.Deve be served at a temperature of very low, say around 7 degrees. It goes perfectly with appetizers of oysters and caviar. Also excellent course with first fish. It is produced in the areas of Syracuse.
This is a wonderfull wine and an excellent vite but unluckily it is near to disappear due to not many grapes used for this.
