MARSALA - MARSALA - ITALY

Perhaps the most famous fortified wine in Italy and perhaps in the world. Of those dark brown, has a scent of Sicilian almond with a hint of Orange Blossom.
There are different types of production: dry, normal and sweet. The dry is a great wine from anitipasti and must be served at a temperature of 8 degrees. The production of meal should be served at 14 degrees. The production of this wine is diversified in different areas, the main one is then in Marsala and Mazara del Vallo, Castelvetrano, but also Palermo Partinico and Partanna.
