Ingredienti per 6 persone:
1 kg di patate
100 grammi di burro
2 bicchieri di latte
250 ml di panna da cucina
sale pepe
Preparazione:
Mettete le patate pulite e sbucciate in una pentola a pressione e cominciate a lessare le patate. Quando saranno abbastanza morbide, mettetele in uno schiacciapatate e schiacciatele.
Prendete adesso una pentola normale (non a pressione) mettete all'interno le patate schiacciate, il burro e amalgamate il tutto.
Aggiungete il latte e la panna e girate il composto.
Quando sarà cotto alla perfezione, spegnete il fuoco e servite caldo.
