You could waste literally adjectives and technical notes about this fantastic food ... but today we just want to give you some tips and tricks on how to " better manage " this simple, yet complicated at the same time , an ingredient. Let's start then :
If you want to avoid those annoying leaks dallla pot of hot water , place a wooden spoon to the edge of the pot. Not only does the water will not come out but you will also avoid splashes "guilty" of dirty stoves and tiles ( ... then they should be cleaned too ... grrrrr ! :)))
If you cook the pasta was homemade and not only , add a piece of butter or a drizzle of olive oil to the cooking water , and this simple trick will prevent the dough from sticking .
To keep the dough for a long time , remove it from the package and place it in a sealed glass jar . The glass, which is neutral it will not deteriorate as does the plastic dough with your favorite pasta wonderful !

Si potrebbero sprecare letteralmente aggettivi e note tecniche in merito a questo fantastico alimento...ma oggi vogliamo soltanto darvi alcuni trucchi e consigli su come "gestire al meglio" questo semplice, ma complicatissimo al tempo stesso, ingrediente. Cominciamo allora:
Se volete evitare quelle fastidiose fuoriuscite di acqua calda dallla pentola, appoggiate un cucchiaio in legno al bordo della pentola. Non solo l'acqua non uscirà ma si eviteranno anche gli schizzi "colpevoli" di sporcare fornelli e piastrelle (...che poi vanno ripuliti anch'essi...grrrrr!!:)))
Se cuocete la pasta fatta in casa e non solo, aggiungete un pezzo di burro o un filo di olio all'acqua di cottura; questo semplice stratagemma eviterà alla pasta di attaccarsi.
Per conservare per molto tempo la pasta, toglietela dal pacchetto e mettetela in un vaso di vetro a chiusura ermetica. Il vetro, che è neutro non farà deteriorare la pasta come fa la plastica con la vostra meravigliosa pasta preferita!!
