IRPINIA DOC - AVELLINO - (CAMPANIA)
The color is ruby red more or less intense, produced in one area of the grapes used are Avellino.Le to 70% Aglianico and the remaining of local grapes. The minimum alcohol content is 11.5%. The service temperature should be around 18 degrees. Excellent with salami and cheese.
