GAVI DOCG
Produced in an area of 10 villages in the province of Alessandria and in particular in Novi Ligure and Serravalle Scrivia. The colour have a very beautiful tone of Yellow. Scent is delicated and the taste is very fresh and agreeable. The minimal alcoolic gradiation must be of 10,5 %.Grapes are totally of Cortese, pure.A must to try with appetizers (as aperitif), shellfishes, and soups.
