White wine color green straw almost tending to emerald. The flavor is dry and firm with an aftertaste of almonds amare.
Delicate scent with hints of herbs aromatich mountain.
The grapes used are derived from a native grape variety where, however, did not know the origins with precision (especially when it was implanted). The alcohol content is very low (we are around 9 degrees). It goes very well with Fontina or raclette.
