Grapes are produced in an area include in the district of Montefalco, Bevagna, Gualdo Cattaneo, Castel Ritardi, all this in province of Perugia. Grapes used are Sangiovese for a 70%, other local grapes for the rest. Color is red ruby, scent winy delicated, taste armonic and dry.The minimal alcholic gradiation is of 12% volumes. Very good with soups and grilled meats.
