MARZEMINO OF TRENTINO - TENTINO
This is, with the Teroldego the most glad wine from the Trentin's peoples. This particular kind of wine come mentioned in the opera "Don Giovanni" of Mozart: was infact in Rovereto who the Divine Composer gave his first italian concert in the tavern which produced it. This kind of wine is absolutely good with cornmeal mush and rabbit.
