The Dorin's Dezaley (for "Dorin" means all those white wines produced in the canton of Vaud, overlooking Lake Geneva in Switzerland), where the vineyards are located in very steep slopes. This white wine has a very delicate flavor, slightly bitter. It is thanks to this quality that the wine is kept motions for years. The color is very intense yellow tending to golden and the heady scent and delicate. The predominant grape variety is the Chasselas.
