Ingredients for 4 people
2 sweet american potatoes not very large
4 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
mint and fresh thyme
extra virgin olive oil
salt, black pepper
Method
Very simple. Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker (after cleaning the outside very carefully). When they are cooked, drain, peel and cut into pieces not very large.
Serve then in a dish with the remaining ingredients.

4 cucchiaini di paprika
4 cucchiaini di aceto balsamico

Procedimento
Molto semplice. Cuocete le patate in pentola a pressione (dopo averle pulite esternamente molto accuratamente. Quando saranno pronte, scolatele, sbucciatele e tagliatele in pezzi non molto grandi.
Servitele quindi in un piatto con il resto degli ingredienti.
